The Weidlich Pen Company was located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pens are fairly easy to come by, but pencils are very difficult to find, in part because they were not marked very conspicuously, and in part because to Weidlich,an accomplished pen manufacturer, pencils were an afterthought.
The first example is marked only on the cap, and is probably a National Pen Products model. See Diamond Medal for more information.
The second is also marked on the cap. It is suspiciously similar to models made by Ritepoint.
The third example is a bit of a puzzler. It resembles an Eversharp Tempoint ringtop, but internally it is nothing of the sort.
