Webster, a Chicago manufacturer, did not produce any pencils of its own design. The first three examples shown, from the mid 1920s, are high quality pieces which all bear the four Rex Manufacturing Co. patent dates. See the Rex Page for more information.
The other three models here are all modified Parker Parkettes. All are stamped with the Webster name and have clips that are slightly modified from those used on Parkettes. The center bands on the middle example and the clip on the right example are interesting.
